NASA is Investigating UFO Sightings
In the latter part of 2017, Politico and the New York times published reports about Navy pilots having spotted strange moving objects performing highly-advanced maneuvers. The same report revealed that the United States Department of Defense creates the AATP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) in 2007. This new organization aims to investigate UFO sightings or UAPs (Unidentified Aerial Phenomena). Although the AATIP ended in 2012, the Pentagon established another task force with the same goals last summer.
Senator Rubio said that the reports must be taken seriously. He stressed that the mysterious object in U.S. airspace might be a looming threat to national security. Rubio also added that there should be analysts for the data that comes in about these matters. The analysis must be continuous until answers are revealed. The New York Times kept on talking to its sources. The reports said that the public must not expect big announcements about the UAPs. The U.S. government said that it found no evidence of alien technology, yet it cannot rule it out.
